I cannot say enough good things about Christian as a chef or a human. He is such a delight to interact with, and his positive energy is as comforting as his food. The meal he prepared for us was thoughtful and full of surprises (including a special dessert for my friend who was the only vegan at the table). Simple dishes, beautifully executed in a way that allowed his choice ingredients to shine. It was one of the best meals I've had all year. You'd be a fool not to hire him.
